Ingredients

24 biscuits

1 pound breakfast sausage

1 quart cream

2 cups of milk

9 T. flour


Salt and pepper

Large pan

Directions

Prepare your biscuits.

Cook your sausage on medium heat.

Turn the heat to low and stir in your flour 1-2 T. at a time. Once it is all incorporated, cook for 3 minutes.

Stir in the cream and milk a little at a time.
Cook on low or medium low until desired consistency, stirring frequently.

Split biscuits and top.

Cook the links and move them to a plate. Melt up to 9 tablespoons of butter in your pan, depending on how much fat your links released. Add the flour, and continue as above. The last few minutes, add the sausage back in to warm up.
